This pizza peel is constructed with an anodised aluminum head and handle that makes it a lightweight tool perfect for the constant maneuvering of pizza into and out of large commercial pizza ovens. Despite its reduced weight, the pizza peel is still extremely sturdy thanks to an oval-shaped handle that aids in its stability while in use.
The flexible head is neutrally anodised to protect it against oxidation. It features a thinly milled edge that makes it easier to slide the peel under pizza. The round shape allows for a larger portion of the edge to be milled, therefore letting you easily pick up pizza from all three sides while providing you with excellent control when rotating the pizza inside the oven. The head also features perforations that reduce friction and allows for excess flour to fall off easily, keeping your oven clean while preventing smoke and bitter tasting crust.
