The Glo-Ray® Built-In Rectangular Recessed Top Aluminum Heated Shelf from Hatco is a half-inch recessed top food warmer that has a hard coated aluminum surface and a blanket-type foil element for uniform heat distribution across the entire surface to maintain even temperatures and extend food holding times.
- Features fiberglass insulation to keep heat at the surface, an illuminated power switch and mounting brackets.
- Adjustable thermostatically-controlled heated base goes up to 200°F (93°C).
