Description
Quickly and efficiently clean and sterilize racks of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and utensils with the Hobart LXeR-2 Advansys Hot Water Sanitizing Undercounter Dishwasher.
This eco-friendly commercial dishwasher uses only 0.62 gallons of water per rack and allows you to select between three different wash cycles: light, normal, and heavy. On its light cycle, the dishwasher is capable of cleaning up to 30 racks in an hour! On normal, it can clean up to 24 racks and on heavy, up to 13 racks in an hour. Cycle times vary with this dishwasher taking 120 seconds on light, 146 seconds on normal, and 275 seconds on heavy. The heavy cycle can also achieve an NSF certified clean on pots and pans.
The Advansys LXeR-2 uses a 4.9 kW booster heater to heat the water to the minimum 180F temperature necessary to effectively sanitize its contents. With the assistance of Hobart’s energy recovery technology, this dishwasher recycles hot water vapour from the wash and rinse cycles and uses it to preheat water for the following cycle from 55F up to 140F, saving you an incredible amount on energy costs while also reducing the volume of steam released into the air during operation.
This unit features an intelligent microcomputer above the door with a digital display that makes it easy to set and monitor the dishwashing progress. With advanced service diagnostics and low chemical warnings, you’ll know exactly when it’s time to get the machine serviced or refill its chemicals. The advanced diagnostics also inform you of clogged wash arms as well as offer an automated delime cycle and clean cycle that washes the inside of the machine when shut off.
This powerful dishwasher is compact enough to fit right under the counter, making it perfect for kitchens with limited space. Despite its small footprint, it has a 17” opening that can accommodate a variety of rack types with ease. For your convenience, the LXeR-2 includes both a peg and combination dish rack. It also comes equipped with detergent and rinse-aid pumps so you can begin using it right away.
